What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare equipment packages for new openings and renovation projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely equipment preparation
- Coordinate with Development and external Architects to meet equipment requirements for each location
- Handle daily requests and resolve equipment-related issues to meet project deadlines
- Reconcile final equipment costs post-restaurant opening

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience
- Completed Data Entry Test with over 90% accuracy and 7,500 kph
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong customer service skills and a flexible attitude towards overtime work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Fresh Desk and SAP
- Specific experience in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
