      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to phone and written inquiries while maintaining organized records for timely director responses
      - Assist the Director in ensuring effective communication with other departments
      - Manage email prioritization and calendar scheduling for events and meetings
      - Track projects to prioritize schedules and ensure management of details by responsible parties
      - Coordinate operations between field workers and office staff to maintain smooth workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus, including personal growth and support for others' spiritual growth

      - Completion of onboarding, training, and orientation programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in administrative support or logistics within a nonprofit or mission-based organization
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
