What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry using computer applications
- Validate invoices and reconcile receipts with commercial bank statements
- Track material orders from placement to delivery
- Communicate with project teams and field personnel regarding requisitions and purchase orders
- Obtain product submittals from vendors and ensure accuracy of requisitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
- At least three (3) years of experience in a related field
- Basic experience with computer applications, including MS Outlook and MS Excel
- Ability to read handwritten notes in English
- Strong communication skills through email and phone
