Job Description
- Req#: 82130
- Supports the development of the site sourcing strategy and implements this in terms of prices and contract negotiations
- Analyses site spend, sourcing markets and requirements/demand of internal clients for opportunities of consolidation and cost reductions
- Works on supplier management incl. supplier identification, evaluation and development
- Leads the timely and accurate processing of contracts and tenders
- Supports the optimization of sourcing processes and systems to increase efficiency of purchasing processes or adopt appropriate measures
- Reports and monitors achieved purchasing successes/performances (KPI’s)
- Supports in operational and administrative activities within purchasing area
- Commercial and/or technical university degree (min. Bachelor) or comparable
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in Procurement or similar
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferebly Netsuite and/or SAP S4/HANA, ideally Sievo)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of relevant business laws
- Ability to work in teams but also independently
- Proactive and strategic mindset
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, sourcing process skills
