About the Role

We’re seeking a Purchasing Manager to join our Worldwide Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing (WSC) department. In this role, you’ll manage indirect and direct categories, cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and portfolio strategy. You will also have responsibilities in contract administration, compliance, and supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indirect and Direct Categories Commodity Ownership: Cost reduction, supplier consolidation, portfolio strategy, and managing purchase order transactions.
• Statement of Work (SOW): Review supplier SOWs for compliance with contracted terms.
• Contract Administration: Negotiate master agreements, NDAs, RFXs, and vendor onboarding.
• Compliance: Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, internal audits, and supplier compliance.
• Administration: Manage supplier performance, approve requests, and archive contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement software/tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
