HALO is looking for Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory accuracy and levels for assigned Clients in accordance with their program guidelines. This individual will also be responsible for confirming and insuring that multiple units of merchandise is shipped promptly as well as collaborate with Program Coordinators and Customer Service team on the clients’ continued satisfaction with HALO products/services.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze daily Program reports regarding order placement, tracking and inventory
• Work with Buyers and Account Manager on appropriate inventory levels for all product skus entered into company tracking system
• Communicate inventory levels and make recommendations to Program Coordinators (PC), Account Executives (AE), and/or clients based on inventory amounts
• Follow individual program guidelines to initiate appropriate action for maintaining adequate inventory levels for each unique situation (notify PC, AE, request approval, order etc.)
• Check ship dates on in-bound inventory replenishment orders and work with Follow-Up Coordinator until receipt of orders
• Post shipments and receiving information for product entering and leaving the company warehouse
• Update notes, information and details for new and existing product items in ERP system
• Other duties as assigned
