What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and recommend nutritional solutions for Cattle and Equine owners
- Conduct up to 25 farm visits per week to drive sales and market share growth
- Organize and lead educational events for local organizations to promote the brand
- Develop new client prospects and make cold sales calls
- Provide accurate feeding and management recommendations based on client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field strongly desired
- Proven sales experience or a pending bachelor's degree may be considered
- Basic knowledge of nutritional and feeding recommendations for animals
- Experience in the management and care of Cattle and Equine
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn ration balancing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in agricultural sales or animal nutrition consulting
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong networking skills within the agricultural community
- Experience conducting educational workshops or events
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
