      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with cattle and equine owners to assess and enhance their feeding programs
      - Conduct up to 25 farm calls per week to sell Purina products and grow market share
      - Organize and lead educational events for local clubs and organizations to promote Purina's brand
      - Develop new sales prospects and perform cold calls to expand customer base
      - Provide accurate nutritional recommendations to enhance animal health and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field strongly desired
      - Proven sales experience or a pending bachelor's degree will be considered
      - Basic knowledge of nutritional and feeding recommendations for livestock
      - Experience in the management and care of cattle and equine
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn ration balancing software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in agricultural sales or related fields
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
      - Established network within the local agricultural community
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to conduct effective presentations and educational meetings
