      Position Summary
      We are looking for a Marketing Intern based at our Mississauga location from May to August 2025. This role will be responsible for working on key brand projects that meet the needs of our consumers and drive business growth.

      A day in the life of a Marketing Intern
      As a Marketing Intern you will be working on various projects to improve the Nestlé Purina PetCare brands with consumers. You will be involved in communicating with key stakeholders, ensure that you are learning and understanding the importance of the 4Ps and the role of marketing at the world’s largest food company. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced marketers helping them shape insights into strategy and business projects to drive increased share in the marketplace and business profitability.

      You will also:

      • Monitor, analyse and report on brand / category performance.
      • Support the implementation of specific parts of the annual communication and activation plan ensuring it is in line with our overall strategy.
      • Develop and implement “best in class” promotional activities.
      • Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally to Nestlé Purina PetCare ensuring the successful implementation of our brand plans.

      What will make you successful?
      As the successful candidate, you will champion the brand throughout the organization, requiring passion, tenacity, and a results-focused mindset in a dynamic environment. Strong project management and analytical skills, along with an organized and conscientious approach, are essential. Interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal communication are also important.
      You will also be:

      • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an emphasis in Marketing, Brand Management or Marketing Communications, or equivalent.
      • Experience with Digital marketing strategy is an asset. Or, have involvement in extracurricular activities which demonstrate initiative and leadership.
      • A proactive creative thinker who can generate new ideas/solutions to meet internal and external requirements.
      • Have the ability to build great relationships with internal stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects.
      • Fast learner, and must be comfortable working within a dynamic, challenging environment.
      • Strong computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
