What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Python and open-source RPA tools
- Create utilities for automated test cases to be utilized with Selenium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing automation workflows
- Document processes, technical designs, and best practices for knowledge sharing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with open-source RPA frameworks such as Automation Anywhere or Robot Framework
- Proficient in Selenium for browser automation and testing
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web scraping using libraries like Requests or BeautifulSoup
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Bitbucket

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Good to have experience with Automation Anywhere
- Certification in Selenium or RPA tools (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
