Job Description

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Lead Consultant. The position will primarily act as a functional consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud. In addition, the candidate will be responsible to be a part of solution discussions with client, drive process workshops, drive testing cycles like SIT & UAT, manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution and production incident support. In this role, the candidate will interact with client’s business SMEs, process consultants and IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze the requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of the tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• C andidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Must have prior experience in leading any one of the following areas - Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud or Product Data Management Cloud.
• Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementation of Oracle cloud application
• Experience in requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
• Hands-on experience on analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs and reports.
• Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.

• Experience on Data Migration will be added advantage.
• Experience in production support is nice to have.
• Experience managing team size of 5+ resources nice to have.
• Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solution and execute business scenarios.
• Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
