What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with key stakeholders to implement Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR solutions successfully
- Lead discussions for the design and development of data migration, integrations, and reports
- Collaborate in a global delivery environment, applying Agile practices to project implementation
- Manage and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring effective communication with diverse teams
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Oracle HCM Cloud projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent will be considered work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Time & Labor and Core HR
- Experience with at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Talent Management or Benefits
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and full SDLC lifecycle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Proficiency in Oracle Time and Labor and Core HR processes
- Experience managing teams of 5+ employees
- Familiarity with HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader and BI reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technology solutions
