What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute test cases for ETL and Analytical solutions built on Microsoft technologies
- Provide quality assurance insights and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage complex project testing tasks from requirements review through deployment
- Create and present functional and acceptance test cases according to project requirements
- Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure timely resolution of defects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, PowerBI, and Azure Databricks
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with QNXT and healthcare insurance processes
