QA Analyst II, Carco Group, Inc. d/b/a Cisive, eVerifile (Holtsville, NY) – Telecommuting permitted from any state in which we are established as a business, depending on performance.

Duties: Provide quality assurance testing for software releases, regression testing, and system process against developed test scripts to ensure requirements are functional within the prescribed systems as well as ensure the highest quality deliverable within the scope of an assigned project. Determine and document system test cases against system and software scope deliverables. Manage testing procedures and scripts through SDLC management software (Jira, TFS). Execute test cases and document and relay findings. Assure the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools. Ensure testing methodologies and cases cover necessary security and compliance coverage. Develop and review test case definition against SDLC requirements. Recommend cases for automation and drive requirements. Develop data models against testing requirements.

SALARY: $150,280 /yr.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or related field. Five years of progressive experience in the offered role or any role involving software quality assurance. Advanced working knowledge of Software Quality Assurance techniques, including test script creation and execution; determining and creating appropriate test data sets; tracking and test management tools, including but not limited to Jira, Qtest, and Zephyr; Database testing using SQL Server Management Studio; Automation knowledge, including Selenium with Cucumber and BDD framework; CI tool Jenkins.
