      The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II is responsible for executing and supporting the testing phase of the software development lifecycle. This role ensures that new and/or modified software meets documented requirements, functions as intended, and aligns with end-user expectations.


      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Understand business requirements and technical documentation to create comprehensive test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
      • Design detailed positive and negative test scenarios to verify and validate software functionality and identify potential risks.
      • Execute test cases, validate results, and document findings, including defects and inconsistencies, with accuracy and clarity.
      • Collaborate with project leads to develop test strategies and estimate testing efforts.
      • Interact effectively with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Business Users, to resolve issues and enhance software quality.
      • Collaborate with Product Owners during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
      • Provide clear, timely communication regarding software issues, concerns, or updates to technical teams and stakeholders.
      • Support post-implementation troubleshooting to isolate and resolve potential problems.
