What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts that are repeatable and meet established standards
- Execute various levels of testing including functional, integration, acceptance, and regression
- Document software defects and validate resolutions post-fix
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and project risks
- Assist in the development of QA testing plans and maintain QA artifacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quality assurance for IT projects with budgets of at least $3 million
- At least 2 years of experience using Agile or hybrid agile methodologies
- Experience managing the entire lifecycle process of quality management
- Prior experience in state government conducting quality assurance on unemployment insurance system projects
- Proven ability to develop and document processes effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing quality assurance for large projects with budgets of $10 million or more
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to build solid working relationships
