What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work as a QA Analyst specializing in Unemployment Insurance Benefits and tax quality assurance
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Execute various levels of testing including functional, integration, acceptance, and regression testing
- Verify compliance of the unemployment insurance system with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Document software defects and validate resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing quality assurance for IT projects with budgets of at least $3 million
- Strong understanding of unemployment insurance tax laws
- Proven experience in quality assurance for large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of the quality management lifecycle process
