What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a Unemployment Insurance Benefits QA Specialist focusing on tax quality assurance
- Collaborate with the QA Manager to uphold quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts
- Execute various levels of testing, including functional, integration, acceptance, and regression testing
- Document and validate software defects and participate in product design reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5+ years of experience supporting an Unemployment Insurance Modernization project
- Strong understanding of Unemployment Insurance tax laws
- Proficiency in designing and developing test plans and executing various levels of testing
- Experience managing quality assurance for large-scale projects with budgets of at least $3 million
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a QA Analyst for state government within the last two years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Agilist
