What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews
- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts
- Establish and maintain a consistent test methodology with clients
- Analyze, test, and certify application-specific software
- Perform ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a QA Analyst, System Analyst, with emphasis on technology and implementation understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with software development methodologies and practices
- Strong understanding of testing life cycle and experience with different types of testing
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with partners and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years experience with Relic and/or Selenium Web-driver
- Experience with Automation and Manual Testing
