What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of assigned system test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Research and analyze system defects to understand their nature and impact
- Create necessary test harnesses and infrastructure
- Develop and communicate detailed test plans and strategies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align business needs with information systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in writing and executing test plans
- Proficiency with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Planning in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong analytical thinking skills, well organized, and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing Azure DevOps or other Agile tools
- Knowledge of Management Liability and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
