What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review test cases from peers to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Convert manual test cases and requirements into automated test workflows for maximum coverage
- Execute manual and automated test cases while analyzing results
- Report issues in JIRA and ensure timely resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- At least 1 year of solid experience with PTC Windchill
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Strong manual testing skills, including Smoke, Sanity, and Regression testing
- Excellent communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in test case writing
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a software development environment
- Knowledge of additional testing frameworks and tools
