What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and test software to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to resolve system defects
- Create and maintain manual and automated test cases, documenting software defects as necessary
- Manage test data and adhere to Change Management processes for application defects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing of web-based software projects
- Quality Assurance Certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree
- ARA Designation
- Experience working in the reinsurance industry
