Job Title: QA Lead (Salesforce)
Location: Remote
Duration: 8-month contract
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor QA testers (manual and automation), oversee manual and automated test execution
• Ensure proper tracking of bugs, defects, and issues in tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc. Develop and execute test scripts/cases based on business and/or functional requirements.
• Create detailed test plans, including test scenarios, steps, and expected results for all functional requirements of the application under test.
• Identify, report, document, and track defects/bugs.
• Validate that user expectations are met during the testing process. Capture, analyze, and summarize test results.
• Assist with documenting product functionality for both internal and external users.
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other QA team members to determine appropriate fixes for identified bugs and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a combination of manual and automation testing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a QA Lead.
• At least 1 year of testing experience in Salesforce.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices.
• Leadership experience in managing & mentoring a QA team. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficient in testing web and client/server applications, with solid experience in writing SQL queries.
