Skills and Responsibilities:
• Canadian Finance, Wealth & Asset Management domain experience• Extensive experience testing & leading programs or large projects in Back-Office & Legacy systems and Mainframe systems.• Must have experience leading & managing large projects with a minimum of 5-10 members QA team.• Extensive in building Test Strategy/Plan & QA artifacts, Test Preparation and Text Exit activities5. Experience in Systems Migration testing & Database testing6. Also worked as individual contributor4. Experience using collaboration tools like Teams, Confluence, Jira etc.• Manual testing experience with SDLC workflow• Hand-on experience with all QA processes• Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.• Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, raising timely risks/reporting.• Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner• Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, performance, or automation testing based on industry best practices.• Automation testing of banking, Wealth back-office systems, legacy systems.• Performed QE consultation of industry best practices & improvements.
