      We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle client exceptions and escalations, perform data analysis, and collaborate with peers and internal technical contacts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team-oriented and adaptable nature, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Research and Resolve Data Issues : Investigate and resolve data exceptions, validations, and field escalations.
      • Effective Communication : Communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively with team members and leadership.
      • Data Interpretation and Cleaning : Interpret data, analyze results, and filter and clean data to ensure accuracy.
      • Trend Analysis : Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
      • Business Process Improvement : Work closely with management to prioritize business and process improvement opportunities.
      • Policy Compliance : Adhere to all relevant program policies and procedures.
      • Problem-Solving : Tackle problems of moderate scope by analyzing data and exercising judgment within standard operating procedures.
      • Documentation : Document and maintain business and functional requirements to ensure persistence.
      • Confidentiality : Maintain user confidence and protect the business by keeping information confidential.
      Minimum/Baseline Requirements:
      • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Effective Communication : Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
      • Task Management : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
      • Problem-Solving : Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service orientation.
      • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail.
      • Adaptability : Adaptable and flexible to new situations.
      • Technical Proficiency : Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Productivity Apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Healthcare Industry Knowledge : Business knowledge of the healthcare industry, specialty pharma, hub services, and methods for expediting patient therapy.
      • EDI Experience : Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transaction sets.
      • HIPAA Knowledge : Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
