What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance reviews of IME/peer review reports and related documents
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and state mandates in all reports
- Verify that all clinical citations are current and sourced from reputable medical journals
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while operating company software and equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant industry-related experience in IME/Peer Reviews, Legal, or Claims
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPN/RN Degree is a plus
- Experience with federal ERISA and state mandates
- Familiarity with URAC standards relevant to job functions
