What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Development Team to understand requirements and objectives for new or modified system functionality
- Develop, execute, and coordinate Integration and System Test Plans, including both manual and automated testing
- Create or modify test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
- Execute test scripts to ensure compliance with functional requirements and document results in the bug-tracking system
- Debug and re-test components of the system, documenting all outcomes and test conditions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of software testing experience (manual and some automated) or user acceptance testing
- Associate's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and knowledge of testing processes and methodologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, along with good communication skills on both technical and business levels
- Experience with SQL database tools (such as Oracle) and exposure to automation tools is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile software development methodology
- Familiarity with JavaScript and ESRI or other GIS software
- Exposure to geospatial platforms and data validation tools
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
