What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, servers, peripherals, and applications under direct supervision
- Create and document test plans, scenarios, and cases; execute tests and analyze results
- Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor teams to understand business requirements
- Ensure timely software testing and report any bottlenecks or issues to management
- Participate in defect triage meetings and provide weekly status reports to the QA Testing Lead

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing for development projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform manual and automated testing using supported tools
- Experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, and JIRA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with public sector projects
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board certification
- Certified Test Engineer (CSTE) or Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
