      As Australia’s largest regional airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas, QantasLink connects our regional communities from all walks of life, in all parts of Australia. As a Cabin Crew member, you will operate as either a solo Flight Attendant or as a member of a two-person team on our Dash-8 turbo prop aircraft. As a Sydney based crew member you will fly to over 16 regional destinations across Eastern Australia, including Cooma, Orange and Lord Howe Island. You will deliver an exceptional inflight service to our customers and ensure the highest level of safety onboard, trained confidently to manage a variety of emergency situations.

      Role Responsibilities:

      • Demonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer service

      • Anticipate customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and procedures

      • Offer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversities

      • Adhere to the relevant training requirements of the role and pass all training assessments

      • Build rapport with team members and contribute positively to the team’s performance

      • Maintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 18 years of age or older

      • Recent experience in a customer facing role

      • Be between 158cm - 183cm tall and reach 212cm (overhead) without shoes

      • A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain

      • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain

      • Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted

      • Right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship

      Please note. this role is based in Sydney, Australia. You must be willing to work from this location and safely arrive at work within 90 minutes. Travel to work will be at your own expense.
