What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the completion of audits performed within the QAPI department and prepare reports for QAPI meetings
- Participate in the development and implementation of plans of action to correct identified deficiencies
- Assist with the state survey process for Home Care and Hospice
- Help develop and deliver educational programs related to QAPI, including orientation for new team members
- Stay informed about regulatory guidelines and the QAPI process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program of nursing or therapy
- Minimum of two years of experience in home care or hospice with knowledge of Medicare regulations
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska or a compact state as a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OASIS assessments
- Familiarity with QAPI processes and regulatory guidelines
