What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review rebate applications for accuracy and compliance with program guidelines
- Input applicant and project details into tracking database
- Approve eligible applications and issue rebate coupons
- Process payments for redeemed rebate coupons and review invoices for compliance
- Generate reports on rebate volumes, payment results, and inspection/audit outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of experience in rebate/incentive programs related to home energy efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience providing high-level review of documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with energy policy, materials, and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Reader
- Understanding of handling personally identifiable information
