What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support, including email and phone coverage for the QID helpdesk and website
- Assist users with logon issues and direct complex inquiries to research staff
- Maintain organizational records, including Outlook calendar and helpdesk email accounts
- Support data entry tasks, particularly during the WCCEAL resident satisfaction survey period
- Help with website content updates, including editing and formatting content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively under general supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work collaboratively as a team player
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data entry and ability to read handwriting, especially cursive
- Skills or interest in graphic art, website design, or copy editing
- Interest in survey data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver
- Interest in health systems research and healthcare quality improvement
