What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Regional Sales Managers by creating best-in-class in-store experiences through training and demonstrations of products
- Guide and train new field representatives to enhance their sales performance
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure weekly scheduling of field representatives
- Facilitate sales training events and manage logistics for new hire orientation
- Analyze team performance and provide feedback to improve execution and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, field management, or territory management
- Experience in consumer electronics is a must
- Strong operational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Previous experience in a field sales/retail environment
