What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to prospective new student inquiries via outbound phone calls
- Discuss prospective students’ backgrounds, goals, and objectives to determine fit with academic programs
- Forward qualified student inquiries to enrollment counselors based on their area of interest
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills during all transactions
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s mission and ethical standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A passion for assisting others in realizing their goals through higher education
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance with regulatory rules
- Enjoyment of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to toggle between multiple software programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an enrollment or customer service role within the education sector
