What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead qualitative research studies to assess the impact of Long COVID and other public health issues
- Analyze and interpret qualitative data using software tools like NVivo or ATLAS.ti
- Develop comprehensive reports and policy briefs for varied audiences
- Collaborate with community organizations and public health agencies to gather diverse insights
- Provide technical expertise on qualitative research methods to internal teams and external partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Option 1: Eight years of professional experience in qualitative research management and analysis in a public health setting, or
- Option 2: Master's degree in public health, Health Services Research, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field with five years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in leading focus groups and conducting interviews
- Experience in developing qualitative data collection instruments
- Expertise in qualitative data analysis methods and proficiency in coding and leading codebook development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH) in a related field with two years of experience in qualitative research management
- Experience designing research studies focused on health equity and workforce issues
- Strong skills in conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
