What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business and development teams to understand product specifications and requirements
- Design and implement automated and manual tests to ensure high-quality standards
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and track quality assurance metrics
- Assess data quality, accuracy, and completeness across organizational data sources
- Maintain data quality documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in automated testing, test case development, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins, Ready-API)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes of quality issues
- Experience working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, industry standards, and compliance frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements in products and processes
- Meticulous in testing and documenting results to ensure product quality
- Strong analytical skills to assess data quality and identify inconsistencies
