      Quality and Compliance Manager

      Job Description Summary

      Responsible for ensuring that all processes, products, and services meet the applicable standards of our organization. This includes implementing and maintaining compliance programs, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Maintaining quality and compliance metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement. Additionally, work with the engineering teams to review and recommend quality assurance processes, tools, and best practices.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Ensure engineering team compliance with all established policies, and procedures and contractual obligations including proactive KPI/SLA monitoring and reporting
      • Apply work-related data and analysis tools to engineering initiatives and special projects
      • Support Cushman & Wakefield/Client leadership with design, development, and implementation of programs
      • Support for engineering performance and consistency throughout the regions and shared resources
      • Assist with development and implementation of innovation programs and processes to reduce costs, increase productivity and savings while contributing to cost savings goals
      • Compile performance data for weekly team calls and other records necessary for periodic or one-off reporting
      • Build successful relationships with client personnel - promoting confidence, forward planning, and best practices
      • Champion a positive, transparent, and communicative work culture with all account dedicated and shared engineering personnel
      • Partner closely with facility management, project management and other account business units such that all are operating as One-Team
      • Document and maintain records related to EHS (Compliance), tracking and other programs as required.
      • Special projects and other tasks/duties as assigned

      Requirements

      • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a related occupation
      • Willingness to travel – 20%
      • Proficient in Word, Excel and Google Suite programs
      • Knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques, CMMS systems, and Quality Management Systems
      • General comprehension related to mechanical systems
      • Strong commitment to quality assurance and customer service
      • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate to all levels of management and willing to interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel

      The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


      The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


      The compensation for the position is: $102,000.00 - $120,000.00
