What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for process improvement initiatives and coordinate quality programs
- Demonstrate and mentor others on high-level customer service practices
- Conduct regular discussions with leaders to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities
- Manage multi-department projects, ensuring effective communication and resolution of conflicts
- Develop and implement solutions using appropriate tools and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or health care licensure
- If a Bachelor's degree: One (1) year of experience in quality team facilitation, project management, process improvement, or quality data analysis
- If an Associate's degree: Five (5) years of experience in quality team facilitation, project management, process improvement, or quality data analysis
- If health care licensure: Experience leading advanced process improvement and quality initiatives
- Mastery of basic statistical concepts and tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical experience associated with leading quality improvement efforts
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as linear regression and logistic regression
