Works with the most state of the art high speed, high power silicon products built in industry today
Works with the most complex packaging and interposer technologies available
Owns and maintains the APD quality process, modifying the process as needed as silicon and package technologies advance.
Determines the quality process required for each individual ASIC Product Division (APD) product, working with design engineers, quality engineers, operation engineers, and marketing leads. The quality processes include silicon qualification (HTOL, ESD, Latch up) and package qualification (L1 and L2).
Works with Marketing and quality team in order determine qualification commitments to customers
Works with ASIC, IP design teams, packaging teams, and reliability engineers to assess qualification requirements.
Works closely with IP teams to ensure the quality of the silicon can properly be assessed, driving requirements back into the IP.
Works with all APD teams and ensures that all quality related deliverables follow the defined process.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics and 12+ years of industry experience in reliability or qualification engineering or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics and 10+ years of industry experience in reliability or qualification engineering
Strong product reliability knowledge
Familiar with silicon qualification testing including HTOL, ESD, and Latch UP
Familiar with silicon packaging qualification
Ability to work with a multi-functional team to create plans and execute on those plans
Able to identify risk and develop solid plans to mitigate those risks
Possess an ownership/leadership approach
Ability to craft and deliver presentations for internal teams and customers
Familiarity with Design For Reliability methodology, and silicon fabrication process, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $127,000 - $225,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
