      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator for the Quality Control team in the Document Capture group


      In this role, you will:

      • Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
      • Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff
      • Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
      • Act as a subject matter expertise
      • Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Basic Microsoft Office skills
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Experience doing Quality Review with Financial Services documents
      • Communicate effectively

      • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
      • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
      • Complete reviews within the required timeframes set forth by management

      • Maintain quality and productivity standards of the department
      • Identify and communicate risks and problem areas.
      • Review programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, procedures
      • Must be able to lift 20 pounds
