What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, design, document, and execute tests in support of the agile development process
- Develop test strategies for ETL processes and data migrations
- Partner with developers to improve and automate test processes
- Conduct exploratory and manual testing as needed
- Identify and track defects, working with the team to resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Business Analyst role
- Experience with control testing and transactional testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft D365/Power Platform
- Experience with Agile Scrum User Stories
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with .NET or .NET Core using C#
- Previous experience in an environmental engineering or construction firm
