- Plan and coordinate project activities related to organizational requirements or changes.
- Act as an intermediary between IT, end users and managers from different hierarchical levels.
- Obtain requirements from business communities using techniques such as interview and work sessions.
- Analyze information obtained from various sources, detail the high-level view, and provide users with recommendations to their problems.
- Analyze and translate organizational requirements, functional and system specifications into test cases.
- Execute test cases on the basis of detecting problems, logging and prioritizing defects, documenting on how to reproduce such anomalies, provide print screens to back up your defects when providing information to IT.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
- Create reporting of defects according to established requirements and the distribution to the project team.
- Support knowledge gathering related to the Contact Billing platform.
- Support planned and ad-hoc projects that have regional and/or national AR Impacts.
- Identify and escalate areas of improvement related to department results, productivity, and compliance.
- Use digital tools to organize tasks and collaborate with peers
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience or exposure to internal intact systems or insurance billing systems an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (an asset)
- Experience in business process review.
- Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.
- Must have demonstrated initiative and autonomy.
- Skills for time and priority management.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
