      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Processing and Fulfillment as a part of Wholesale Lending Operations Division. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

      In this role, you will:

      • Examine and research complex programs, processes, claims, documentation, or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or agency or government regulations
      • Perform advanced, comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews within a business line
      • Identify risks and problem areas and recommend improvements
      • Research risks and develop solutions for problems identified
      • Perform branch or office inspections on key controls, procedural, or policy inspection points to ensure compliance with company requirements, agency or government regulations
      • Evaluate staff knowledge and compliance with governing policies, procedures and regulations
      • Provide support for exam management activities and any other initiatives as needed
      • Mentor less experienced staff and assist with their development
      • Consult with leadership related to results of assessment
      • Communicate overall process or transaction quality
      • Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Outstanding analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
      • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities and initiatives
      • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
      • Previous experience with asset or real estate secured lending processes/operations
      • Experience managing and assessing SHRP issues and working through corrective actions
      • Proven issue management skills and demonstrated performance of resolution delivery and execution
      • Demonstrated policy and procedure creation and maintenance
      • REG B, HMDA, and ECOA experience
      • Experience in creating QC/QA processes or platforms for error and issue tracking plus reporting capabilities
      • Previous leadership roles or experience leading projects or initiatives across multiple products or lines of business
      • Ability to create business centric reporting and metrics for key regulatory, policy or procedural requirements
      • Previous experience in managing or responding to audit requests and data sampling
      • Previous experience with and working knowledge of LOS, ECAR, Sharepoint, BLAST, ACES, AFS and HOGAN

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to work additional hours based on business need.
      • Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Work hours: 8AM to 5PM.
