What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure software application quality
- Assist in the development of new enterprise testing standards and processes
- Identify test cases for regression and automation testing suites
- Collaborate with developers, end users, and analysts to ensure proper test coverage
- Review requirement specifications and develop corresponding test cases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in a software testing role for a large application
- Proven ability to provide project/application testing criteria in a complex IT environment
- Experience in building test scenarios with minimal documentation
- Ability to lead and facilitate testing meetings
- Experience working in a matrixed organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Training in software testing (SQE, ISTQB, etc.)
- Experience with Epic software
- Background in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with testing tools and programming languages such as .Net, Java, or C/C++
