What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
- Write and execute detailed test cases across various testing phases
- Log, track, and prioritize defects while collaborating with development teams
- Create training materials and documentation for testing processes
- Participate in post-test reviews and suggest process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of QA Analyst experience in capital markets, investment management, or banking
- At least 5 years of experience reviewing requirements and design documents
- Minimum of 5 years of experience creating test plans, cases, and data
- At least 5 years of experience executing test cases and logging defects
- Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, and investment management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, eFront, Tibco, and Azure Databricks
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience with Tibco and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially SQL
