- Perform manual/automation testing of web and mobile native applications (iOS and Android) to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Utilize Selenium & Appium to automate native and web application testing, improving efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as POSTMAN to validate backend services.
- Perform accessibility testing on web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Analyse initial defects using logs from tools such as Splunk, Fiddler, Charles, and BURP.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, both onshore and offshore, to solve issues and improve the testing process.
- Manage code repositories using tools such as Git to maintain a streamlined development process.
- 7+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in manual/automation testing of web and mobile native applications (iOS and Android).
- Hands-on experience with web application automation using Selenium and Appium.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for lifecycle traceability.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Kotlin, or C#.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and JSON feeds, and competence in working with MS SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience in the banking domain and/or digital applications.
- Familiarity with Cucumber/Gherkins.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and X-Ray.
