What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and automate quality assurance and compliance processes for web and mobile applications
- Create, publish, and implement software quality assurance plans in collaboration with development and product teams
- Conduct test planning, write test cases/scripts, and execute manual and automated tests
- Analyze system and business process requirements, designing test strategies and plans
- Identify, track, and report quality metrics related to software quality assurance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing and analysis
- Experience with automated testing, including GUI applications (web and mobile) and backend database functionality
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting automated tests and experience with automation testing tools
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in mobile test automation using Appium
- Knowledge of performance and security testing practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (C++/C#/Java)
- Experience with HL7 Interface testing and data migration testing
