Job Description
- Req#: 26851BR
- Lead the QA team in requirement analysis, test strategy and test plan creation in support of the overall IT development lifecycle, and as the person that is responsible for the maintaining the QA artifact repository
- Provide technical expertise and direction in analyzing business requirements and traceability interfacing with customers and the development team
- Occasionally lead other members and contractors of the QA team in requirement analysis, test strategy and test plan creation in support of the overall IT development lifecycle, and as the person that is responsible for the maintaining QA artifact repositories
- Perform validation of test results and provide QA signoff or rejection of IT changes during Unit testing Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Product Testing. Report frequency and degree of code/logic errors to supervisor
- Project Planning and Management, level of effort analysis, and resource forecasting, QA test environment configuration-coordination & management, and mentoring more junior QA analysts, testers, and contractors
- Execute tests, Regression Testing (Including automated regression testing), System Integration Testing, Product Testing, Run SQL database queries with a primary focus on Web and Mobile App team projects
- Proficiency with multiple productivity tools including, or very similar to:
- Web, Mobile web, Mobile app testing skills
- API Testing using Postman
- Test automation- Perfecto, Neo load, ALM, Quick Test Professional, UFT, Selenium
- Test Management - HP Quality Center, ALM
- Database script creation/maintenance SQL, Aqua Data Studio, Oracle
- Spreadsheet skills. (e.g., Excel) - Test definition, Requirement Mapping etc.,
- Accessibility testing skills, JAWs
- Collaboration - Microsoft Teams, Lean Kit, SharePoint, Slack
- Desktop publishing skills. (e.g., Publisher)
- ETL Software (DataStage)
- Middleware software execution and administration (Biztalk)
- 4+ years’ experience with test planning, documentation and execution
- 2+ years’ experience in Ecommerce Website and Mobile Application testing
- 1+ year(s) experience in test automation (regression, mobile application, load-performance)
- Knowledge in systems development lifecycle methodologies, test structures, risk, and control in software development methods
- Experience in test automation utilizing Perfecto and Neo load
- Experience using Git Hub
- Knowledge about POS(Point-Of-Sale) devices
- Writing Stored Procedures
