What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis of build items based on requirements and design specifications
- Monitor program performance post-implementation to ensure efficiency and prevent re-occurrence of problems
- Prioritize work activities, set goals, and communicate effectively with team members
- Develop and deliver presentations, training, and associated materials to technical and non-technical audiences
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance testing and analysis
- Basic knowledge of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure to improve operations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of application areas within DBME (i.e. AZTECS, HEAplus, CATS, FastTracker)
- Familiarity with the Agile framework
- Prior experience in government programs such as SNAP, TANF, MA
