What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with an Agile/Scrum team to ensure defect prevention and functional enhancements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Conduct test planning, design, scripting, and manual execution within the testing life cycle
- Utilize testing methodologies to ensure exhaustive and comprehensive testing against established acceptance criteria
- Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent re-occurrence of issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Document and assist in root-cause analysis while advocating for application quality for customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, testing, and/or technical support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of engineering science and technology principles
- U.S. citizenship or proof of U.S. employment authorization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps and SQL
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
